Mr. Plunkett is a Managing Director in the Ares Private Equity Group, where he focuses on portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Mr. Plunkett was the Chief Administrative Officer at Panoramic Health, where he was responsible for strategy development and execution, the enterprise management and operating system, enterprise communications and human resources. Previously, Mr. Plunkett was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, where he focused on healthcare growth and operating strategy and commercial due diligence for private equity funds. In addition, Mr. Plunkett worked in public reporting for the Troubled Asset Relief Program at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and later in multiple roles in human resources, operations and regulatory program innovation in consumer finance at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Mr. Plunkett holds a B.A., honors, from Colgate University in Religion and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
