Our global real estate equity team has extensive geographic, sector and structuring experience with approximately 180+ investment professionals across 33 offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. We primarily invest in well-leased assets, assets with value creation opportunities, select developments and/or complex situations. As of December 31, 2024, our real estate equity team managed approximately $58.2 billion in assets under management across approximately 2,500+ global real estate properties in complementary strategies to meet investor objectives across cycles. Our logistics platform is focused on investment in strategically located, institutional quality properties with the goal of delivering durable returns for our investors through market cycles. We focus on top-tier primary logistics markets that have historically exhibited the most stable occupancy levels and the highest rent growth over cycles. We leverage our vertically-integrated operating teams, who are strategically located across the globe in our key target markets, to invest across core, value-add, and development opportunities that are accretive to our portfolios and drive returns for our investors.

Our Diversified platform is dedicated to investing and allocating its strategies across property types, with the flexibility to lean into sectors and markets we believe demonstrate the most attractive fundamentals and compelling risk-adjusted returns. Our strategies invest in cash flowing, de-risked development, and scalable portfolio investments, with the opportunity to create value through repositioning, lease-up, re-tenanting, redevelopment, and/or complex recapitalizations. With boots-on-the-ground presence in target markets across the globe, alongside our sector specialist teams and in-house operating platforms, our Diversified team benefits from the resources of Ares Management and the global Real Estate platform, paired with bespoke sector- and market-tailored property-level underwriting.
