Arthur Romeo

Mr. Romeo is a Managing Director for the Ares Net Lease strategy, which focuses on net lease and related investments that span the Ares Alternative Credit Group and Real Estate platforms. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Mr. Romeo worked at Sixth Street for over 10 years, where he was a Managing Director responsible for opportunistic real estate equity and debt investments. Previously, Mr. Romeo held investing roles at H/2 Capital Partners and Mercury Capital Management. Mr. Romeo holds a B.S. from Fairfield University in Economics and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
