Mr. Robertson is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Mr. Robertson was a Vice President of Asset Management at LivCor, where he oversaw the firm's Texas region. Previously, he was an Associate at USAA Real Estate, where he focused on multifamily valuations, reporting and asset management. In addition, he was an Asset Manager at The Alexander Company, where he focused on real estate development, housing tax credit programs and property operations. Mr. Robertson holds a B.B.A. from California State University, Bakersfield and an M.B.A. from California State University, Fresno.
