Brian Young

Mr. Young is a Managing Director and Head of Total Rewards in the Ares Human Resources Department. Additionally, Mr. Young serves on the Ares Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining Ares in 2014, Mr. Young was a Director and the Global Head of Investment Banking Compensation at Credit Suisse. Previously, Mr. Young was a Director at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Young holds a B.S. from the State University of New York, Geneseo, in Business Administration, and an M.S. from Clarkson University in Information Systems.
