Clay Solich

Mr. Solich is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Solich was an Analyst at Black Creek Group, where he focused on multifamily acquisitions as well as capital markets associated with Black Creek Exchange, Black Creek Group's 1031 Exchange Fund. Mr. Solich holds a B.Sc. from the University of Oregon in Finance.
