Vice President
Mr. Sharpe is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Sharpe was a Senior Project Manager at 3RE Partners, where he focused on providing owner representation services for ground-up developments and value-add projects, from due diligence through closeout and disposition. Previously, Mr. Sharpe was a Project Manager, Sustainability at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he focused on the development and delivery of all activities related to achieving environmental, sustainability, and health and wellness objectives for tenant fit-outs, building retrofits, building upgrades, energy and sustainability projects, and new developments. In addition, he was a Senior Project Manager, Capital Projects & Renovations at Davidson Hospitality, where he focused on providing owner representation services for major capital projects for full-service hotels and resorts, including minor and major renovations, from pro forma budgeting through closeout. Mr. Sharpe holds an M.Arch. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Construction Management.
