Daniel Crommen

Mr. Crommen is a Managing Director in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on European direct lending. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Crommen was a Managing Director and Head of Acquisition Finance DACH at ING Bank, where he focused on originating, structuring and executing of leveraged finance transactions in the German speaking region. Previously, Mr. Crommen was an Associate on the Leveraged Finance team at Commerzbank AG. Mr. Crommen holds an M.B.A. (Diplom-Kaufmann) from European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany and a Master of Laws from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt, Germany.
