Giancarlo Pesolillo

Mr. Pesolillo is a Managing Director in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on systematic credit. Prior to joining Ares in 2026, Mr. Pesolillo was a Portfolio Manager at BlueCove, where he focused on U.S. credit. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager at DCI (acquired by Blackstone), where he focused on systematic long/short CDS and bond investing. He holds a B.S. from Bocconi University in Business Administration and Economics and an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics in Finance and Private Equity. Mr. Pesolillo is a CFA® charterholder.
