Hamza Memon

Mr. Memon is a Vice President in the Ares Secondaries Group, where he focuses on private equity secondaries. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Memon was an Associate at Pomona Capital, where he focused on sourcing, underwriting and executing private equity secondary transactions. Previously, Mr. Memon was an Investment Banking Associate at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on UK mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Memon holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Nottingham in Industrial Economics and an M.Sc. from London Business School in Finance.
