Jesse Manton

Mr. Manton is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Manton was a Finance Manager at Brookfield Properties, where he focused on land and homebuilding investments. Previously, he was a Finance Manager at Real Capital Solutions, a real estate private equity firm. In addition, he was a Director, Strategic Finance at Brinkman Real Estate and a Senior Analyst at Brown Brother Harriman, serving institutional asset management clients. Mr. Manton holds a B.A. from Colorado State University in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
