Kolin Pound

Mr. Pound is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on hospitality investments in the United States and Mexico. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Pound was a Senior Principal, Global Head of Hospitality at Walton Street Capital, where he oversaw a portfolio of hospitality investments across the United States, Mexico and Europe. Mr. Pound holds a B.A. from Northwestern University in Political Science.
