Lindsay Bedard

Ms. Bedard is a Principal in the Ares Private Equity Group, where she focuses on portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Bedard was a Talent Partner at Strategic Value Partners, where she advised the firm's US-based portfolio companies. Previously, Ms. Bedard was a Vice President on the Value Creation Team at General Atlantic, where she focused on hiring and developing talent, human capital diligence, diagnosing organizational readiness and advising the firm's global CEOs and boards on their most important leadership challenges. In addition, she was a Director at SPMB Executive Search. Ms. Bedard holds a B.A. from The University of Colorado Boulder in Communication.
