Manuel Fortes

Mr. Fortes is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on real estate in Mexico. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Fortes was a Vice President at Walton Street Capital Mexico, where he focused on acquisitions, development and asset management of industrial real estate. Previously, he was a Development Project Manager at ICA, focused on residential and mixed-use projects throughout Mexico. Mr. Fortes holds a B.S. from Universidad Iberoamericana in Civil Engineering and Summer Institute of General Management, an advanced professional program from Stanford University in Business Administration.
