Ridge Chew

Mr. Chew is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity debt capital markets. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Chew spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was an Executive Director in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group focused on structuring, pricing and syndicating mortgage and mezzanine loans originated through both the balance sheet and securitization platforms. Mr. Chew holds a B.A. from Middlebury College in Economics and an M.S., summa cum laude, from New York University in Real Estate.
