Mr. Rawstorne is a Principal with BootstrapLabs, an Ares company, where he focuses on venture capital investing. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Rawstorne was an Entrepreneur in Residence at BootstrapLabs. Previously, Mr. Rawstorne was Co-Founder and Chief Operation Officer at Myia Health, where he helped build a complete virtual care platform that delivers personalized and preventative care in the home, using machine intelligence to connect clinical actions with patient outcomes. Previously, Mr. Rawstorne held various roles, including Entrepreneur in Residence at BCG Digital Ventures, where he supported multiple client initiatives, Operations Advisor to multiple startups, Head of People Operations at Humble Bundle, People Operations at Idle Games, and Founder and Advisor to multiple startups for over twenty-seven years. Mr. Rawstorne holds a B.F.A. (Hons) from University of the Arts London.
