Partner, Co-Head of Global Capital Solutions
Ms. Cole is a Partner and Co-Head of the Global Capital Solutions team, where she is responsible for enhancing Ares' strategic relationships with the banking, insurance and broader capital markets community. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Ares Management Capital Markets Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Cole was a Managing Director at Alberta Investment Management Corporate (AIMCo), where she oversaw firmwide Strategic Relationships. Previously, Ms. Cole was a Managing Director in the Structured Credit group at Barclays where she led sourcing efforts for ABL and other credit financing opportunities. Earlier in her career Ms. Cole was a member of the High Yield team at Goldman Sachs and served in other banking roles. She received a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
