Shin Wei The

Ms. Teh is a Vice President in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Teh was a Vice President in the Private Equity practice at Northstar Group, where she focused on private equity and venture capital investments in the technology, consumer, and financial sectors across Southeast Asia. Previously, Ms. Teh was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse AG, where she focused on mergers and acquisition transactions across China and Southeast Asia. Ms. Teh holds a B.B.A. from the National University of Singapore in Finance.
