Tara Mangam

Ms. Mangam is a Managing Director in the Ares Human Resources Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Ms. Mangam was an HR Director at Gates Corporation, where she held leadership roles in HR and Talent. Previously, Ms. Mangam was a Director at Guggenheim Partners, where she led Talent Acquisition. In addition, she was a Manager, Campus Recruiting and Program Management in Human Resources at Deutsche Bank and an Associate Vice President, Campus Recruiting at Merrill Lynch. Ms. Mangam holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder in Communications.
