Vickie Alvo

Ms. Alvo is a Managing Director and Head of Government Affairs in the Ares Legal Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Alvo was the Global Head of Enterprise-Wide Regulatory Affairs at JPMorganChase. Previously, she was an Executive Director of the Global Financial Markets Association, a trade association representing the largest global banks. In addition, she held positions within the U.S. Government, including the White House Office of Management and Budget and at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Ms. Alvo holds a B.A. from McGill University in Political Science and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
