Wes Hockinson

Mr. Hockinson is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Hockinson was a Project Manager at CM Advisors, LLC, where he focused on constructability, cost reviews, monthly construction monitoring, and disbursement control. Previously, Mr. Hockinson was a Project Manager at Hansen Cold Storage Construction, where he focused on project management, budgeting/bidding, permit procurement and contracts. Mr. Hockinson attended the University of Arizona majoring in Regional Development.
