Dave Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz is a Partner and Head of Credit in the Ares Secondaries Group. Mr. Schwartz serves on the Ares Secondaries Group's Credit and Private Equity Investment Committees. Additionally, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Ares Secondaries Group and on the Board of Directors of the Ares Charitable Foundation. Mr. Schwartz previously served as Co-Head of U.S. Direct Lending, which he joined at the inception of the firm's Direct Lending effort in 2004. Earlier in his career, he held roles at RBC Capital Partners and Indosuez Capital. Mr. Schwartz serves as a Trustee of Sacred Heart in New York City. Mr. Schwartz received a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
