Giles Bethule

Mr. Bethule is a Vice President in the Ares Corporate Communications Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Bethule was an Associate Director on the Transactions & Financial Communications Team at FGS Global, a leading communications and public affairs consultancy, where he focused on advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings, shareholder activism, crises and other special situations, alongside long-term positioning programs. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Waterperry Opera Festival. Mr. Bethule holds a LL.B. (Hons) from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE), where he was a Goldman Sachs - Simon Morris Scholar.
