3. Our dispute resolution measure

The Company will attempt to resolve disputes through mediation conducted by the above-mentioned Non-Profit Organization, Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center. The Center is entrusted the mediation by the T2FIFA, of which the Company is a member, and mediation procedures are conducted by mediation committee members.
